Cancellation & Refund Policy
1. Cancellations before January 31, 2026
Full refund minus a $25 processing fee.
2. Cancellations between February 1 and February 20, 2026
50% refund.
3. Cancellations on or after February 21, 2026
No refunds.
4. Transfers
Registrations may be transferred to another person until February 20, 2026.
No transfers after this date.
5. Event changes
If the instructor becomes unavailable due to emergency, the organizer may substitute an equivalent instructor or issue a refund.
6. Force majeure
Weather emergencies, travel disruptions, or venue issues — refunds only if the event itself is canceled.
